What is the principle of the installations?

During operation, the laser light moves across the surface of the product by means of a system of deflecting mirrors. Through the lens, the radiation enters the surface of the product and engraves the image. The laser exposure time and power affects the processing depth.

Which device should I choose?

Fiber laser systems are available in a variety of designs. Depending on the volume and complexity of the task, you can choose from a small unit that can be placed on a table to a full-fledged automated engraving system that is integrated into the production line.
The P-Mark TT is a basic benchtop model designed for small applications. Adjustable machining field from 20x20 up to 500x500 mm, automatic Z-axis with dynamic focus system allow for machining flat and three-dimensional work pieces in a short time.
P-Mark FB is a floor model, suitable for work with large products or several objects. Thanks to the increased machining area up to 1500x1500 mm and XYZ-axis movement it is possible to engrave several identical workpieces one after the other.
P-Mark MB is an automated model, which is integrated into the production line. The machine engraves products without stopping the conveyor. The automatic system is developed individually taking into account the tasks and peculiarities of the customer's production.

EASY OPERATION
VIA THE APP

The engraving can be controlled from your tablet and computer. All you have to do is create or load a ready-made layout into the P-Mark Soft app, select the engraver mode and start engraving. You can set your own settings or choose ready-made ones from the device library. The intuitive application interface makes it easy to learn how to operate the laser machine in a short time.

3D ENGRAVING

The P-Mark laser engraver can perform in-depth machining to create complex three-dimensional objects such as molds, clichés, dies and punches. Simply load the 3D model into P-Mark Soft and start the laser machine process. The device will layer-by-layer remove metal and create a 3D object.

HIGH SPEED

The well-thought-out design of the laser machine, reliable components from industry leader IPG Photonics and easy control via the P-Mark Soft application ensure high-precision operation of the laser. PROCESSING

The laser engraving machine can work with objects of complex geometry. The device will engrave an object at different heights in one pass thanks to the system of automatic adjustment of the focal distance.

THIN MATERIAL
CUTTING

Cutting aluminum, stainless steel and plastics up to 1mm thick is an optional feature of the P-Mark system. The laser equipment can cut the material and then engrave the product.
