What is the principle of the welding machine?
Laser radiation is sent to the joint of the parts to be welded during the welding process. The metal absorbs energy, its heating and melting occur, and a weld pool is formed. The area around the welded joint is not overheated and not deformed, because the energy of the laser pulse is concentrated in the weld creation zone. Flexible equipment settings allow you to adjust the depth of penetration of the metal.

Welding cart. Equipped with wheels, the convenient cart allows comfortable transportation of the laser unit with gas cylinder, as well as additional modules.

Wirefeeder. Automatically feeds wire at a pre-set speed during the welding process.

Is it possible to automate laser welding?
A separate area of our company is the development of automated laser welding systems that provide maximum productivity. Such a laser system is fully autonomous and can work non-stop. The robot can pre-clean the surface, weld and, if necessary, post-process the product. Automated systems are made individually based on the customer's production tasks.
