User agreement

This Agreement defines the terms of use of the materials and services of the website www.pokkels.com (hereinafter the «Website») by Users.

General conditions

Use of materials and services of the Website is regulated by the effective legislation of the Russian Federation. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials on the Website, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

The Website Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall take effect three (3) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she shall stop accessing the Website, stop using the materials and services of the Website.

User Obligations

The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Russian law or codes of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a violation of the normal operation of the Website and its services.

Use of Website materials without the consent of copyright holders is prohibited (Article 1270 of the RF Civil Code). The lawful use of the Website materials requires the conclusion of license agreements (obtaining licenses) from the Licensors.

When quoting materials from the Website, including copyrighted works, a link to the site is mandatory (Article 1274 paragraph 1, subparagraph 1 of the RF Civil Code).

Comments and other messages of the User on the Website should not be in conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and universal moral principles and rules. The User is warned that the Website Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Website.

The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect liability to the User in connection with any potential or arising losses or damages associated with any content on the Website, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which he/she had entered into using the information posted on the Website or links to external resources.

Other conditions

All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

Nothing in this Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Administration of the Website of the agency relationship, partnership relationship, relationship of joint activities, the relationship of personal employment, or any other relationship, not expressly provided by the Agreement.

A court ruling that any provision of the Agreement is invalid or unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Agreement.

Inaction on the part of the Website Administration in case of violation of the Agreement by any User does not deprive the Website Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and copyrights to protected materials on the Website in accordance with the law. The User confirms that he/she is familiar with all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
